Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. You assume responsibility for your purchase and no refunds will be issued. We are an equitable brand, therefore, in extreme cases; we will evaluate the inconvenience to fairly compensate the user, no greater than the price paid for the product and towards a credit to the store. No money back.
If the brand approved a credit store; and if 10 days passed since you return your item and you still have not received your store credit via email yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org As soon as you confirm that you received the store credit, you will have 10 days to redeem your credit, after 10 days, it will be cancelled completely.
Sales Items (if applicable):Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable) :If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll grandly help you (If the brand approved a credit store)
Shipping :To return your product, you should mail your product to PO Box 271 Trujillo Alto P.R. 00977 and provide a tracking number and evidence of the return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please remember that the exchange product must be in extreme cases, and the case will be evaluated before making a decision.
Shipping & Returns
Unites States Postal Services (USPS) and other shipping services will be used as applicable. All orders are shipped as soon as possible within 5 - 7 working days, after you have placed your order. The customer will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email so that they can track their order. Any invoice is sent directly to the email address provided by the customer when placing their order. Any order is considered delivered at the time the postal service confirms that it has your order confirming with receipt on the tracking number. This USPS service for our customers is NOT guaranteed, as it is an external agency with which we have no contract.
